The date of the event is March 4, 2023. Check-in begins at 8 a.m. at the Barber Junction Visitor’s Center and classes begin at 9 a.m. Classes and activities will conclude by 3 p.m.

$35.10 with taxes and processing fees.
What's the schedule of the event?
Check-in is from 8:00-8:30 a.m. at the Barber Junction Visitor’s Center.
Saturday morning starts with a flag-raising ceremony at 8:45 a.m. Cubs will be assigned to morning or afternoon class sessions, train rides, lunch at the picnic shelters, and time to explore the museum.

Is lunch included?
Hot dog lunch with chips, dessert, and drink is provided. It is recommended to bring morning and afternoon snacks along with water bottles. Additional hot dogs can be purchased at $2.50 each.
What if it rains?
How do I register?
You can register your pack by clicking the “register” button on the main web page. Please call the museum at 980-305-6274 or 980-305-6271 to speak with one of our ticket agents if you have questions. Your troop can pay by check. Payment must be received no later than February 22, 2023. Please make checks out to NCTMF. Checks can be mailed to:

What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless Cub Scouts Day itself is canceled or rescheduled due to weather or COVID-19.
If Cub Scouts Day is canceled, we will offer an alternative date. We will offer refunds for 30 days after the alternative date is announced; after that, we cannot give refunds.
